WHO WE ARE |
| Brett Nielsen established Nielsen’s Hay and Chaff six years ago. Brett was born and bred at Greenmount Qld. He has an extensive knowledge of hay and fodder growing up on his father’s lucerne property, with neighbouring properties also growing different types of hay and feeds owned by his grandfather and uncles. Playing a major role in the running of his families properties, he then continued to broaden his knowledge at various properties all over Qld. From planting, spraying, irrigating, mowing, bailing, stacking, loading and delivering there is no aspect of the hay industry he is unfamiliar with.
He gained an exceptional understanding of the hay and feed market Australia wide, appreciating what selling top quality products means and knowing what buyers want. With his wealth of experience there is no one better equipped to supply your superior products at the best price every time.
Brett’s partner Mardi has had extensive experience in the feeding and dietary requirements of horses world wide. From foals to world cup showjumping, racing, breeding, cutting and showing to name a few, Mardi has had a hand in it. From England to Melbourne and beyond, she also adds a specialised knowledge of feed types and quality that equestrians, trainers and breeders desire. At present both Brett and Mardi run a small Thoroughbred and English Riding Pony Stud from their home at Glenore Grove, personally achieving great results from the usage of Nielsen’s Hay & Chaff products.
